Return Eligibility
Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your POS terminal.
Condition: The POS terminal must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
POS terminals that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Software or digital downloads.

Return Process
Contact Us: Before returning the item, please contact our customer support team on our Contact page to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Packaging: Ensure the POS terminal is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned after the 30-day return period or are not in their original condition, at our discretion.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged POS terminal, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
